Alinity Divine
Alinity is included in the complaint filed against Twitch. Erik Estavillo, a Twitch viewer who is from California has filed a civil suit for damages of $25 million from Twitch for exposing them to "overly suggestive and sexual content that came from female streamers" when they logged on to the website. According to court documents from Dexerto Estavillo had earlier sued Microsoft and Sony and also Nintendo and Blizzard, filed the lawsuit on June 15, and Twitch was served with an official summons that same day. In the complaint made in the Santa Clara Superior Court of California, Estavillo suffers from various medical conditions that force his reliance on the internet for all of his entertainment, as well as a disorder called obsessive compulsive and sexual addiction, which according to the complaint Twitch just makes more difficult. In the case of the complaint "the streamers who are female remain exposed to Twitch viewers that just want to play videos, yet are subjected to sexually addictive content and other content on an ongoing and regular daily every day." Apart from Alinity among them in the request for relief the complaint wants all the streamers listed above permanently banned in violation of Twitch's TOS together with a sum of $25 million "to be split between the plaintiff and other Twitch Prime Turbo subscribers," and any remaining funds to be donated to various charities.
